I grew up in a baking family, and have been following suit for as long as I can remember. It seemed as if I had completed a right of passage when I successfully rolled my first pie crust. After graduating from from college with a Bachelor of Music degree in 1999, I became interested in cake decorating. What started as a quest to master some piping techniques has turned into a dream. A dream to create cakes that are 100% edible, and 99% "How'd you do that?" I am constantly refining my methods and recipes to create a better, more beautiful cake for my customers, and I look foward to building upwards on a strong foundation of faith and hard work.
